This corner fireplace received a new custom mill worked mantel with floor to ceiling trim details.  In addition the living space has been trimmed out with 6-piece crown detail and decorated by Tirzah Wanlass owner of Filthy Gorgeous a boutique home decor store in Walnut Creek, CA.

Benicia Hillside Home with amazing views is underway for a full interior and exterior renovation.  The downstairs has received a new entry with staircase leading to the 2nd story which replaced the old circular staircase and made room for a mudroom and bedroom.  In addition to the framing changes both the electrical and plumbing will be updated.  On the 2nd level the house is underway with new framing, new subfloors, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel and exterior siding.  Keep posted for progress updates.

This Walnut Creek addition is wrapping up and now its time to update the detached garage with new roofing material and matching trim work to the new addition.

Windows and doors have been installed, sheetrock, texture and trim is underway.  The custom shower is being formed up and tiled, the laundry room cabinetry for built in laundry appliances is almost complete.  The cedar flooring for the walk-in closet is underway and built in closet cabinets are going in.

Exterior Siding for Walnut Creek Master Bedroom/Bath Addition is underway.

New Roof is underway including new fascia boards which add a much nicer look giving the architecture a bit more detail.  The trusses for the new addition have been delivered and stacked.  

The Foundation has been poured, the underpinning for the sub-floor is complete, the plumbing is being layout for installation and inspections are underway.

This Alamo, Ca Kitchen, Informal dining area and formal dining room are receiving a bit of a face lift.  Here are the final trim work pictures prior to paint.  

The foundation trenches are dug and the laser is being set up to layout the foundation forms.

J Willis Construction is breaking ground on this Walnut Creek, CA Master Bedroom & Bath Addition.  What was once just imagined by this homeowner has now come to life on paper.  Architectural Building Plans approved by the county and the green light by the homeowner we are under way.

A 7-Pc crown detail is being added to this Alamo, CA home.  Both the dining area and kitchen will receive a detailed millwork crown newly installed 100 year old vintage chandeliers all to be painted out to complete a new look.

This Pleasant Hill Garage Construction is wrapping up, the interior concrete is being poured.  Interior man-doors as well as garage doors will be installed soon to complete this garage construction.

The foundation has been poured, the walls stood up, the trusses set into place, the roof sheeted and the sheer wall is underway.  This Pleasant Hill 6+ car garage is taking shape.

This hillside property located in the upper Oakland Hills of Montclair Village had a rotted deck that was Red-Tagged to be disposed then rebuilt however it collapsed due to its extreme state and wind.  J Willis Construction was called upon to remove all debris and block all access doors to avoid harm with missing deck exposure.

The trenches are being dug, electrical, water lines and drainage is being laid out.  Inside the new waiting room painting is underway..!
