We begin Section 1 work this week on this Alamo, CA Tudor Home.
The Framing is underway..a brief setback with the random rain storm this week but walls are being formed and the building is taking shape.

It’s taking shape..today the foundation is being poured!
All Star Academy of Danville, Swim School breaks ground on their new and improved swim shack. This new space will provide an additional waiting and observation area, the Swim School Offices, Bathrooms, and an Outdoor Shower. Foundation is poured and walls are being built. It is expected that the new Swim Shack will be complete by Mid August.
The trenches have been dug and the foundation forms are underway in preparation for a concrete foundation pour later this week.
Pleasant Hill Home to receive large garage expansion. 7 months in the works architectural plans and building permits approved J Willis Construction breaks ground. Demolition of the existing two car garage and driveway will make way for a clean slate to which the new structure will be built. More photos to come as the project is under way.
J Willis Construction just completed an ellaborate family room remodel with a french provencial fireplace mantel as the centerpiece. This Alamo, CA resisdent along with designer and storefront owner Tirzah Wanlass brought life to this grand masterpiece.
