This Danville, CA Hidden Valley Home has received a functional downstairs guest bathroom remodel. Previously this bathroom did not meet the homeowners needs and a remodel to encourage use was necessary. A bathroom vanity with sink replaced the pedestal sink which did not allow for storage, a medicine cabinet above the toilet offered additional storage. A beautiful Travertine tile was selected for the bathroom floor and shower. Floor to ceiling tiles were install complete with a custom border and inset niche for shampoo and soap. All new hardware including brush nickel faucets and shower / tub valves. The homeowners find this guest bathroom to be much more functional for their guests.

Original homeowner M. Miller received a sizeable expansion to his original 1952 home located in Pleasant Hill, CA on the borders of Walnut Creek and Lafayette. Prior to the addition this house was 4 bedrooms, 2 bath with a 2 car garage. The homeowner added a 3rd Car Garage with both front of home and rear access. In addition a kitchen expansion and remodel of home was completed. The newly spacious Kitchen has buttercup yellow modern cabinets with crown molding, beautiful countertops, a large farmhouse sink, under cabinetry lighting and overhead pot lights. The 3rd car garage was built to the left of the existing garages. New electrical was installed, new sheetrock, tape and texture was applied to all walls and ceilings. New garage doors were install on all three garages to complete a new consistent look.

This outdated kitchen with vinyl flooring complete with wear marks was in desperate need of a facelift. This kitchen lacked functionality, storage, appropriate lighting, and full functioning appliances. The new cabinetry layout provides additional storage and more countertop space. Overhead lighting and inset cabinetry lighting enhance the new Cherry Wood Cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and backsplashes and the new stainless steel under mounted sink. A multi-colored slate floor and small eat-in kitchen table completed this kitchen remodel.

This Albany home is located within walking distance to Solano Avenue where one can find restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The original home was dilapidated and needed much restoration. This home received a complete renovation from interior to exterior. All rooms, baths and living spaces received the works. In addition an outdoor living space was created to allow for outdoor entertaining. Fences with gates were installed, retaining walls, and planting areas. This home upon completion was unrecognizable to the original structure.

This original 1952 home located in Pleasant Hill, CA on the borders of Walnut Creek and Lafayette received a sizable expansion. Prior to the addition this house was Approximately 990sq. ft with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The home received a complete facelift along with the addition of 1,000 sq. ft. The homeowner added a spacious Master Bedroom with an office / exercise room, a large Master bath. The Master Bedroom has vaulted ceilings, crown molding and French doors leading out to the backyard and spa. The Master Bath tiled in slate has a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a large vanity with two sinks and plenty of storage. A Jacuzzi tub completes this luxurious bathroom. In addition the homeowners built a Walk-in Closet with custom shelving units for the ultimate in storage. To tie in the old to the new Willis Construction re-faced the remainder of the home. New electrical was installed, new sheetrock, tape, texture and paint was applied to all walls and ceilings. The hardwood floors were continued in the main living space and hallway leading to the new square footage. Moldings, windows and new wood blinds completed this make-over. This home surely doesn’t resemble the original 1952 home.
